AI capabilities differ by edition. Cloud and Software Editions support all AI features. Appliance supports TTS, Voicemail Transcription, and Call Flow Designer but does not include Call Transcription or WebSocket streaming. Cloud Edition runs on Pure VoIP Network with bundled SIP Trunks.

Cloud Edition (Full AI, hosted by SIPPER)

Core Voice AI features are included in P-Series Enterprise and Ultimate plans. Neural TTS is free in both plans. Call Transcription and Summary are charged per minute of transcription. A free trial is available. No separate AI platform subscription required.
