SI Process

Project delivery process

SIPPER applies the same SI methodology to every project, from a 20-person office to a 300-room hotel.

1. Requirement and Site Survey

Survey the site and gather requirements from users. Document existing infrastructure, cabling, and network topology. Output: Bill of Materials (BOM) and scoped documentation.

2. Solution Design and Procurement

Design solution, network diagram, VLAN design, and PoE budget. Customer approves before equipment is ordered. Pre-configured at SIPPER offices before shipping.

3. Installation and Configuration

Structured cabling, rack mounting, VLAN config, firewall policy, PBX extension provisioning, and WiFi. Coordinated with site access schedules and customer IT team.

4. Testing and UAT

End-to-end testing per agreed acceptance criteria: voice quality, failover, VPN, WiFi coverage, and security policy. Customer signs off UAT before handover.

5. Handover and Training

As-built network diagram, equipment list with serial numbers, IP table, VLAN table, configuration backup, warranty certificates, and IT team training. Handover document signed.

Project Management

PM oversees the project from kickoff to closure. Weekly progress reports, change management, and customer team coordination.

Yes. SIPPER often acts as SI Contractor alongside in-house IT teams. We handle design and installation; your team handles day-to-day operations. Knowledge transfer and complete documentation are included.

Equipment carries manufacturer warranty (typically 1 to 3 years depending on brand). SIPPER provides 90-day installation warranty covering workmanship. A Managed Service contract can extend support beyond warranty.

Yes. SIPPER deploys nationwide. For provincial projects, equipment is pre-configured at SIPPER offices before shipping, with on-site installation by SIPPER engineers or certified local partners in each region.
