Multi-Branch IT with Cloud PBX, SD-WAN, and Free Inter-branch Calls

Manage every branch from one platform. SIPPER deploys SD-WAN with FortiGate, centralized Cloud PBX with branch extensions, standardized switch and WiFi configuration, VPN interconnection, and a single management dashboard for all sites.

MULTI-BRANCH IT

Standardized branch IT, centrally managed

Multi-branch organizations face a common challenge: each branch’s IT differs, making support, training, and management inconsistent. SIPPER standardizes the branch IT stack: same firewall model, same switch model, same WiFi config, same PBX extension plan.

SD-WAN with dual-WAN failover and hub-and-spoke VPN make inter-branch calls free and POS/ERP access private.

Multi-Branch IT Overview

Consistent IT experience across every branch

SIPPER standardizes the branch IT stack to reduce complexity and support cost.

Why 01 / Industry

Retail Chain and Franchise Network

SIPPER deploys standard IT templates across retail chains, franchise outlets, bank branches, and service networks. Opening a new branch follows a runbook, reducing per-branch deployment to 1 to 2 days.

Why 02 / Template

Standardized Branch Template

Every branch gets the same FortiGate model, same switch, same WiFi APs, and same PBX extension range. Configuration is templated. SIPPER deploys from a tested baseline and customizes only branch-specific settings.

Why 03 / Security

One security policy across all branches

FortiGate SD-WAN with centralized FortiManager enforces the same security policy across every branch. Web Filtering, Application Control, and IPS rules update from HQ. Branches cannot change security settings on their own.

SD-WAN and Voice

FortiGate SD-WAN and Centralized PBX

6 core features that make branches work like HQ.

SD-WAN with Dual WAN Failover

FortiGate SD-WAN at each branch uses primary fiber and 4G LTE backup. If fiber fails, traffic switches to 4G in seconds. VoIP, POS, and critical apps stay online during ISP outages.

IPsec VPN Hub-and-Spoke

Every branch connects to HQ via FortiGate-managed IPsec VPN tunnels. POS transactions, ERP access, and internal apps go over private VPN, not public internet. Inter-branch calls go over VPN, free of charge.

QoS for VoIP over WAN

SIPPER configures QoS on FortiGate so VoIP traffic gets priority over the WAN link. Even when 4G backup is congested, calls stay clear. Traffic shaping applied per application class.

Centralized PBX with Branch Extensions

A single Yeastar instance manages every extension across every branch. Branch staff use local DID numbers for incoming calls. Inter-branch calls use 3 to 4-digit extensions free of charge. Auto-Attendant routes calls to any branch.

Same IP Phone model at every branch

Standardize on the same Yealink phone model at every branch. Staff transferring between branches use the same interface. Phone replacements are easy: SIPPER pre-configures and ships replacements that auto-provision when plugged in.

Linkus App for Branch Managers

Branch managers use Linkus Mobile App as a softphone. Same extension works in office and while visiting other branches. Transfer calls, conference, and access voicemail from anywhere.

Central Management

Manage every branch from one dashboard

UniFi Network Controller and FortiManager give centralized visibility.

Centralized Network Monitoring

SIPPER monitors every branch’s switch, AP, and firewall from one NOC dashboard. Alerts on offline devices, high bandwidth, or security events. Monthly reports cover every branch in a single document.

Remote Config Push

Security policy updates, WiFi SSID changes, firewall rules, and QoS settings push to every branch simultaneously from FortiManager. No need to send engineers to each branch for routine changes.

New Branch Opening Runbook

SIPPER provides a standard branch opening runbook: hardware checklist, configuration scripts, and acceptance tests. New branches open with local technicians following the runbook, while SIPPER verifies remotely.

FAQ

Multi-branch IT frequently asked questions

SIPPER has no branch limit. The infrastructure scales: FortiManager supports thousands of FortiGates, UniFi Controller manages thousands of APs, and Yeastar P-Series supports hundreds of extensions across multiple locations.

FortiGate SD-WAN switches to 4G LTE backup within seconds of primary ISP failure. VoIP keeps working, POS transactions keep working, and ERP access keeps working over the backup link. Branch staff often do not notice the switch.

Yes. Every branch connects via VPN to the centralized Yeastar PBX. Internal calls between any two extensions, regardless of branch, are free and crystal clear. PSTN is used only for external calls.

With SIPPER’s standard branch template, hardware is pre-configured at SIPPER offices before shipping. On-site installation and cabling take 1 to 2 days depending on branch size. SIPPER handles remote provisioning and post-install testing.

Yes. SIPPER supports branches across Thailand remotely. On-site visits for initial installation are handled by traveling SIPPER engineers or certified local partners in each region. Ongoing management is fully remote.
