Yeastar P-Series integrates with Opera, Protel, Cloudbeds, and other PMS. Check-in/check-out controls extensions automatically. Wake-up calls, call charges, and minibar items recorded directly into the PMS.

Guest Room Phones and Staff Devices

Yealink Hotel Phones (T19P-E2, T21P-E2) for guest rooms. DECT handsets for housekeeping and maintenance. Front desk uses multi-line operator phones (T48U, T54W).

SIP Trunk and Direct Dial Numbers

SIPPER SIP Trunk connects PBX to PSTN. Per-room DDI numbers let guests receive calls directly without going through reception. Per-room call billing reports.

WiFi 6 Coverage (UniFi)

UniFi U6 In-Wall and U6-Pro Access Points provide per-room WiFi coverage with automatic band steering and seamless roaming. Managed via UniFi Network Controller with per-SSID bandwidth limits.

Captive Portal and Guest Authentication

Hotel-branded Captive Portal with PMS integration. Guests authenticate via room number and last name. Session time and bandwidth controlled per room type. Session logs PDPA-compliant.

IPTV-ready Network Design

Structured cabling and VLAN design support IPTV alongside Data and Voice. Separate IPTV multicast VLAN with IGMP Snooping on PoE switches.

Security and Access

Door Intercom, Access Control, and CCTV

Security systems integrated with the PBX and network.

Akuvox IP Video Door Phone

Akuvox R20A and E12W video intercom panels at building entries and floor lobbies. SIP integration with Yeastar PBX lets front desk answer door calls from any phone. Entry/exit logs included.

FortiGate Security Gateway

FortiGate Firewall protects the hotel network perimeter. Separate security zones for guest WiFi, back office, POS, and PMS. IPS, Web Filtering, and Application Control included.

CCTV for Lobby and Common Areas

IP cameras cover lobby, corridors, parking, and pool areas. NVR retains 30 days. Remote viewing via mobile app for property managers and security staff.

Yeastar P-Series integrates with Opera (Oracle), Protel, Cloudbeds, Fidelio, and any PMS supporting FIAS or HAPI Protocol. SIPPER verifies compatibility before deployment. If your PMS is not listed, ask us. Most modern hotel PMS support FIAS.

Yes. SIPPER designs WiFi for 100% room occupancy plus 20% headroom. Each AP supports 30 to 60 concurrent devices. Bandwidth management prevents any one guest from monopolizing bandwidth.

Yes. SIPPER handles full installation: design structured cabling, conduit, install patch panels, and test cables. For renovation projects, we reuse existing cables where possible.

Yes. UniFi Network Controller and Yeastar multi-site features manage multiple properties from one dashboard. Firewall policy, WiFi profiles, and PBX settings can be standardized and deployed to every site.
